Dr. Joseph and Dr. Stern are excited to announce the launch of our online appointment request system using Cortico Online. Appointment requests can conveniently be made at any time of day.
The following appointment types must be booked by calling the office as they have specific requirements: Periodic Health Review (annual physicals are no longer required), Diabetic Management, Counselling, Pap, Immunizations/vaccinations.

You will receive an email from Cortico to the email address associated with your Cortico account advising that you have an appointment.
The online booking is for NON-URGENT issues only. If the matter is urgent you must call the office or go to the nearest emergency room. You may only book an appointment for one medical issue. As well anything that is cough/cold related must be booked by phone.
You may not request an appointment with a different provider. Additional appointments will be added on a monthly basis. As well, appointments often become available due to patient cancellations therefore please check Cortico regularly. Appointment availability is the same regardless if you book online or call the office.
