Please DO NOT USE Cortico and call the office to book the following appointment types:

• Preventive care check-ups (previously called “annual physicals”)
• Well-child check-ups
• Immunizations/vaccinations
• Travel medicine

The online booking is for NON-URGENT issues only. If the matter is urgent you must call the office or go to the nearest emergency room. You may only book an appointment for ONE medical issue at a time.

You may not request an appointment with a different physician. Additional appointments will be added on a monthly basis. Appointments often become available due to patient cancellations as well therefore please check Cortico regularly. Appointment availability is the same regardless if you book online or call the office.
