If your family physician is unavailable or you require care after-hours, please see below schedule to find a physician that can help!

How to access care: Once you’ve determined which physician is on-call, please check out the following spreadsheet to obtain contact details for that physician. When you call their office for an appointment, simply let them know you are a patient of Dr. “X” and require a same day appointment for “Y” reason. Your family physician will automatically get a copy of your visit note so they will remain in the loop regarding your healthcare and can follow up as necessary.
