About the Doctors

Dr. Mariam Ahmed obtained her B.Sc Pharmacy and MD degrees from the University of Manitoba before completing her residency in Family Medicine from the University of Toronto.

Since graduating, Dr. Ahmed has worked with Neilson Medical Clinic, taking over the practice of Dr. Marcia Joseph in 2025.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.

Dr. Eben Stern has been a general practitioner in Scarborough since 1986 and sees a wide range of patients from infants to the elderly and deals with all aspects of medical care.

Dr. Stern graduated from the University of Toronto Medical School in 1985 and is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

He loves taking care of the many generations of families in his practice!
